General Shipping Policies:
We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products depending on the origin of the shipment, the type of product, and whether the shipment is to be sent via Ground or Air. Carriers include FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be issued and sent to your e-mail upon shipping.
NOTE: Carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO boxes or FPO boxes, and our web site will not accept these addresses as a valid shipping address.
Areas of Service:Products are shipped from several locations depending on its content and availability. Locations include California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, Ohio and Oregon.
Our web site accepts orders for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States only (48 States). At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska or internationally.
